meditation helps you focus. creative visualization helps you envision an idea and bring it to life. ball thinking is the syntax rugrat’s name for a process that helps you identify relationships between things in your mental space and understand how those relationships affect your creative ability. ball thinking incorporates brainstorming (generating ideas) with brainstreaming (organizing ideas).
